Lakshmi Rai is known for getting into controversies every now and then. She has been romantically linked with several stars and cricket players but the actress took it all in her stride.
Lakshmi, during a recent interview, said that she would like bury all the controversies and rumors surrounding her and make a new beginning this year.
According to the actress, she has some really good projects on hands including the Ajith-starrer Mankatha and is expecting the year 2011 to open a plethora of career opportunities for her.
Lakshmi Rai adds that she wants to concentrate on her career at this point of time and is willing to sacrifice love and friendship to achieve it.
