Bollywood actresses Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan have pulled off a new feat in front of media cameras. The normally quiet girls got naughty at a promotional event in the recent past.

Well, we know that both Rani and Vidya do not shy away from playing bold roles onscreen, but that the two women could pull off such a stunt for the television camera is something that their fans were not prepared for.

According to reports, Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan engaged in a passionate lip- lock at a stage event held in the recent past.

The videos doing the rounds on the net are evidence of the fact that the earlier warring actresses Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan have kissed and made up, literally!

Ever since the promotional clips of their upcoming film together No One Killed Jessica was released on television, people started praising Rani Mukerji, considering that her character of a journalist is a more powerful role compared to Vidya Balan’s role of Jessica’s real life sister Sabrina Lal.

And it was this fact that was apparently giving Vidya Balan sleepless nights, also the root cause of her catfight with costar Rani Mukerji.

However, the fight is a thing of the past now. Both actresses are professionals in real life and thus they agreed to take that extra step to promote No One Killed Jessica well.

I try to make the most in hand and enjoy situations that I am in and that includes work during hectic schedules. I chose to become an actor and imagine if I didn’t enjoy being one, I just wouldn’t be as happy. Such is the case with life. Be who you want to be and it will bring you happiness.

Asin Looking To Do More Work In Bollywood

Asin Thottumkal turns 25 and for people who have been wagging their tongues saying that the South Indian actress is too choosy when it comes to signing a Bollywood movie which is why she has only done three films so far, we have news for you.

"I am looking to do more work in Bollywood, maybe get a little less choosy," Asin shoots.

"I have Ready, which will release next year and I’m reading quite a few interesting scripts. It’s been almost two years in Bollywood and I want to do more projects here. I want to concentrate on the industry here in a big way and I have my plans.

The selection of movies will certainly depend on how I have been choosing my movies so far which means the script and the character that I’m being approached to play will be the foremost focus for me but I will be less choosy for sure," says the sassy star, who landed in Bollywood like a meteor with Ghajini but saw her second movie London Dreams tank at the box office.

Asin is also in for a big surprise bash in Mumbai on her birthday as her friends from US, UK and Australia have all landed up in the city to ring in her birthday. "It’s such a pleasant surprise. I don’t know what’s in store for me but with them around I know that it will be a lot of fun.

They actually coordinated their schedules to be in Mumbai for my birthday. That’s really touched me. For me birthdays are generally low key. I like celebrating them with my family and close people. But this year I think it will be crazy," she ends.

Vidya Balan Refused To Play Indira Gandhi

After finishing the research work, now US-based Indian filmmaker Krishna Shah is looking for the right face to play main lead in his biopic on late prime minister Indira Gandhi.

Titled "Mother: The Indira Gandhi Story", it will be a big-budget two-part movie on the life of the Indian leader who was known as Iron Lady. Shah earlier wanted Vidya Balan to play Indira, but changed his mind after consulting Hollywood make-up artist Greg Cannom, Shah’s publicist said in a press statement here.

The filmmaker is again hunting for the right face.

"Casting is very critical for the role of India Gandhi. As it stands today, only two actresses in Bollywood are on the scanner. One is Kareena Kapoor and the other is Priyanka Chopra. Both are equally suited to play Indira Gandhi," Shah said.

"I haven’t yet met with either of the stars. I hope to meet with them soon. Now everything depends on their response, their dates and the deal. I know whoever plays the role will be an Oscar contender. She will be remembered through posterity as Indira Gandhi," he added.

The first preference for the role, however, was Madhuri Dixit, who could not accept the project due to personal grounds.

Part one will focus on Indira Gandhi’s political career till the 1971 war, and the other will show her personal life as a mother to her sons -- Rajiv, who succeeded her as the prime minister after her assassination in 1984, and Sanjay Gandhi.
