Priyamani, it seems, is insisting that debutant director Vijay should prune the role of her co-star Vimala Raman in an upcoming Telugu film.
Sources say she has apparently even pressured the producer to change the climax. According to a source in the production house, the actress had no problems while approving the script.
The source says, "Shooting commenced few weeks ago and we shot important portions with Sumanth and Priyamani.
But once Vimala Raman joined the unit, the actress began to raise doubts about both the roles. She is adamant about changing the bold climax, unwilling to share equal footage or significance with Vimala."
